Not what you'd expect. The hotel itself, breakfast buffet and the rooms are as advertised, nothing special. The staff is genuinely nice but unfortunately not very well trained. ABISMAL Internet service!! They have only 2 computers and you have to pre-purchase a password code that's about 30 digits long and doesn't work have the time. Complaints about it went unheard. Was charged 7,000 baht for a phone call I didn't make. When I refused the pay for it staff was utterly confused about how to handle it. No manager on duty! They insisted I cover it until they checked with BKK (1-2 weeks!) Being late for my flight I begrudgedly paid their extortion and insisted the GM call me personally. She did to apologize saying staff should never have charged me and offered a discount for my possible return. I told her 100% discount wouldn't be enough. Again, nice and friendly staff but completely in the dark on how to run a hotel. Stay away if your on business!

We got a smoking floor but we booked a non-smoking. The room smelled bad and looked old. Breakfast was not very selective. Not so convenience to go to downtown if you like shopping. The only good things seemed to be the staff.
