Nice for business trips

My room is clean and tidy. The wifi daily rate is very reasonable but it will only benefit you if you are staying on the third floor where the router is located. my clients who stayed on the second floor complained that their wifi signal is very weak.

Counter staff are friendly and personal. Laundry service is extremely efficient. I asked them to collect my laundry at 7am and they already returned it by 12pm. that is not even considered express service!

I'm very happy with the stay.

We will not be back again

We stayed 4 nights in this hotel last year. The room was clean, but sadly that we found the front staffs not friendly and helpful.

The location is not good good at all. This hotel is actually not far from one of the main gates' corner, but not convenience to take the public transportation since it's located out of everything. Many drivers refused to go there. Night bazaar and Sunday night market are quite far. Within the walking distance you'll absolutely find nothing! not even food!

Very Nice and Clean hotel

The hotel is new and so the condition was excellent. The breakfast was pretty good. In the beginning there was a menu and then they started a buffet. Great for meat eaters but not the best for vegetarians. The location was not the best but we took the red truck taxis everywhere. The only bad thing I can say about it was that the walls are thin and the t.v. in the room next door was next to our heads.

Good for the price

Stayed one night at Royal Panerai hotel (standard room) in low season. No bell boys are found I had to carry my suitcase to bed room by myself. The Restaurant (that I had breakfast) is an open air room, waiter/waitress in the restaurant are not helpful. What I had for breakfast just a dish of American breakfast (there are other choices, but can choose only one set). Anyway reservation are friendly. Room are clean with bath tub, cold and hot shower. It good for the price I paid.

The rooms are fairly fine.It is good to have connecting room.

The room is width and the air-conditioner is cold enough. I like the most is that a door connected the 2 rooms. The housekeeping is helpful. They will tidy-up the clothes very well, but one day only. The information from the reception is helpful. It is easy to find the mini-bus in front of the hotel. Reminded that don't leave any food (even the food is inside a bag) on the desk in the room. Because I left a bread in a paper bag for a while, the bread ie eaten by many ants. So be careful. But the breakfast is not very well. It is because almost the same kind of food everyday. Also the pineapple is not fresh enough.

Avoid this hotel at all cost

Booked 2 rooms on Dec 08, 1x twin room and 1x Jnr Bed (2 bedrooms with max 4 adults stay).

The bad point about the hotel

1) Hotel states jnr suite comes with breakfast but was only given 2 pax instead of 4. Instead of making a fuss, I just paid the hotel.

2) Counter staff not friendly and speak very little English. And due to the place located, you need a lot of help but just can't get any.

3) Location was real bad and out of the place. Thought of flagging a taxi/song teow but just could not see one for 1/2 hour waiting under the hot sun. Hence, each time we have to walk around 10mins to the other side of the busy road.

4)Hotel No tour desk, so if u need to book tour or transport, you have to book thru the receptionist and these receptionist will call his friends and reap profit from there. 2 incidents

a) As we arrive in the afternoon and too tired to go out, tried to book a trip to Doi Suitep and other nearby places the receptionist called her friend and book a song teow (they called it red taxi) for 7 of us and charge us 1,500bath. i paid the price after i walk out we finally know what is the song teow then we tried to canceled it within 10 mins but was told only can get back 50% of my money. Just not to make a big fuss and spoil my holiday i just accept my fate for being con.

b) Booked the airport transfer thru the desk 2 days in advance but was told the night before that they cant make it.

5) Rooms looks clean maybe no one has stayed before the floor was dirty filled with dust

6) All 3 toilets not working - either only hot water or no cold water. Called the front desk, they sent 2 persons up but just can't do anything.

7) Toilet bowl chocked.

8) Never refill the soap/shampoo for all 3 toilet

9) SUPER bad location, money/time spent for taking songteow is not worth it

10) Corridor feels eerie, dark and stuffy looks like you walking an old converted hospitals

11) Room for Jnr Suite was relatively small with congested wooden furnitures with sharp edges.
