Very tired old rooms

Really disappointing and will not stay there again. The hotel made a good first impression with the lobby giving the pretence of a well run place.
Getting the room was a different story with the shower head not being properly fixed to the wall, a TV remote control that didn't work curtains that were permanently fixed in a position half open and a slight musty odour from one of the beds - not good.

Will be going back if ever in Chang Mai

We stayed here and found the hotel to be very good. The staff were charming and very helpful. The breakfast was very good and we also ate in the restaurant in the evening and found it excellent value for money. The hotel is right next to the night bazaar so very convenient. The rooms could do with updating but were clean.

A good well located Hotel

A decent Hotel giving good value for money, I found the staff friendly and helpful all the time. The buffet breakfast is pretty decent and the Restaurant at night is good as is the small bar.
The rooms are a good size but could use a little redecoration but in general clean and more than adequate.

Going Back for sure!!!

Excellent value for the money. Great service. Breakfast buffet was very good!! Have stayed here both times we've been to Chiang Mai and will be staying again the next time. Looking forward to it!!

Really good value for money

We came to the hotel at 6:00 a.m. and we got the room in 30 mins. after breakfast. Helpful staff and room really comfortable. We enjoy night bazaar. Just 1 thing-changing money was not possible anytime. But if I come back, I will choose the same hotel.
