Banito Beach Resort Reviews & Ratings

Stayed 4 nights in December 2006. Very friendly staff and the rooms very clean. The pool was clean but only two very fragile sun beds. They could, at least, put some simple sun chairs (or even plastic chairs-better than nothing).

There was a nice big garden, but nowhere to sit down. And even if so, there were all the time staff walking around in slow-motion, sweeping or cutting a sprig here and there - from morning to evening!

The internet always out of order. But still we enjoy our stay for a couple of days then it became too boring. You could get a nice breakfast but not much choice for dinner and you could never get a drink or a glass of wine so we walked to the next door resort (Ban Klangaow) with a very good restaurant and drinks and wine. And they had internet to use.

It was good that we could use Banito's bikes for free (but you have to repair them yourself, they didn't know how to do it. They also had some nice scooters for rent.

If we go back to "the middle of nowhere", we will go back to this friendly and clean place but have a drink and eat at other places.

The place is a bit boring to be in Thailand and a bit off. You need a motorbike to get around. A lot of Thai guests. Very friendly staff but only the general manager speaks English.

He is very friendly and helpful, though. Good value for money and a nice beach.
