Great location but a bit over-price.

“We chose this place as the nearest resort near Tub Sakae border ... moderate services.+ not impressive with room amenities (no coffee pot nor hot water storage), we stayed 2 nights with 2 bedrooms+2 bathrooms type and found one water heater not function.!!!

Moreover, each room curtain is very light colour+thin fabric ... you will surely get a morning wake up by the sun light !!!!!!

Among the best choice are beach front without crossing road and quite surrounding ... perfect for your tranquil in the weekday relax...weekend are so noisy (especially pool villas area !!!!).

Food is great taste but AFB is not a fully buffet, only coffee and bread, not bacon and egg !!”
