• Hua Hin Beach
Enjoy lazing in the sun or playing in the surf in the peaceful and serene beach. The vast expanse of beach is remarkably uncluttered with ample space for traditional pony rides along the shore.

• Khao Takiab
Khao Takiab offers panoramic views of Hua Hin from its summit. It is also well worth climbing to visit its scattering of Buddhist shrines.

• Pala-U Waterfalls
Pala-U Waterfalls, a spectacular series of cascading waterfalls is located within Kaeng Krachan National Park, Thailand’s largest national park, an easy drive from Hua Hin. Trekking to the top of the falls is also possible.

• Hua Hin Royal Golf Course
Thailand’s oldest golf course built in 1926 is set amidst rolling hills. A notable hole is the 14th hole where you can get a glimpse of a Buddhist temple halfway up a densely wooden slope.

• Hua Hin Railway Station
The quaint railway station is straight out of the 1930s with an elegant Royal waiting area and a restored locomotive. Its tiered roofs and decoration are classically Thai. This lovingly preserved railway station first put Hua Hin on the travel map in the early 1900s.

• Hua Hin Night Market
Shop for trinkets and T-shirts once the sun sets at this traditional night market that is Hua Hin’s after-dark highlight. The famed nightmarket is popular for its wide selection of souvenirs and clothing.

  Several trains leave from Bangkok directly to Hua Hin Railway Station everyday. Most train leave in the late afternoon, and the journey takes four hours.


• By bus
  
  Air-conditioned buses depart from the Southern Bus Terminal in Bangkok every 30 minutes between 05.00 a.m. and 10.00 p.m. The trip takes about three hours, terminating at in Hua Hin is at the Siripetchkasem Hotel on Srasong Rd, near Dechanuchit Rd, and buses leave for Bangkok every 30-40 minutes daily between 03.00 a.m. and 09.00 p.m.
