- First stage is foundation and building construction which may effect with major noise only 4 months
- Second stage from Sep 2008 onwards interior decoration may take place with minor noise effect
Hotel renovation such as repainting, restaurant`s roof replacement will take place for a couple week from Apr 21, 2008 onwards
