I can't wait to go back

I arrived at the River Kwai Jungle Rafts in may 2007. At first glance, it was beautiful. Our rooms were basic but lovely. The only downside if you would call it that was no electricity or hot water. This may put some of you off but it was quite nice having dinner by candle lite. The staff were very friendly and are more than willing to help you with any problems. I only wish I could have stayed longer.

Retreat from the world! Beautiful!

This was one of the best holidays of my life. There is no electricity and the evenings are lit by oil lamp. You can't walk to a town or other hotel, its just you and the river beneath you. I would go for 2 or 3 nights, not more, because of the lack of places to go. But if you take a tour you are carried around to visit the beautiful waterfalls and villages, you are fed until you stay stop, excellent Thai food, the most beautiful setting, - I couldn't want for no more for a relaxing holiday.
