Amari Emerald Cove Resort Koh Chang Reviews & Ratings

It takes about 1 hour from the Trat airport to Amari. We spent three nights there and got one free dinner in the restaurant. The Italian and Thai food in the two restaurants were tasty and waiters and staff there were very pleasant and helpful. The most impressive thing is the excellent and courteous service among all staff. Together with the large and small swimming pool and jacuzzi which are really suitable for families. As it had been raining in Thailand in the rainy seasons, we had to stay at the hotel and beach side and fortunately the hotel offers some free drinks and massage where guests feel delighted.

Though we came across with the drainage problem on the last day where we rushed to the airport, as I found that there was no cold water supply early in six o'clock, then I could just give the front desk a call. At the moment where I thought I should not come to Amari hotel, soon the housekeeping man was holding nearly twenty bottles of distilled water for me to take the rest of my shower. I was really touched by their helpful and considerate service.

Spent 11 days and wished we could have stayed longer. Staff couldn't do enough for us. We were a large group of 31 people ages 1 to 87. Lots to do from elephant rides to renting boats to visit other islands and of course Thai massages. Food at the hotel was excellent and restaurants in town were a cheap cab ride away. Rooms were great ours had a dvd player a view of the water. Would go back in a heart beat.
