Do not accept if things go wrong !!!
by Khun Nipapan from Thailand, 19 Mar 08
Our booking was on superior rooms with double bed (children accompany) but they provide us the "worst" superior rooms (no balcony, no bath tube and twin bed rooms) and located on 4th floor without lift. I complaint them that these type of room was totally different from internet. Firstly, they insisted no other rooms available but finally we got "really" superior rooms with balcony, bath tube and located on 2nd floor. Their location was good, near 7/11 and other small restaurants. Beach was not nice because of many seaweeds but other facilities were O.K.

Nice

If you are looking for a beach more private than White Sand but at the same time like to have a small town for increasing your dinner, internet and shopping options this is a great location.
Even though it is one of the bigger resorts in the area it does not seem crowded partly due to the fact that the land of the resort is huge and has a long stretch of beach.
The beach bar and restaurant is expensive compared to the surrounding places but they did not seem to mind that people brought there own drinks to the Beach.
The beach is nice with more rough sand than White Sand. There is sea weed on Kai Bae Beach (I did not expect this in high season) but not the slimy kind and it doesn't stop people from swimming as you can always find a clean spot.
