“Our booking was on superior rooms with double bed (children accompany) but they provide us the "worst" superior rooms (no balcony, no bath tube and twin bed rooms) and located on 4th floor without lift. I complaint them that these type of room was totally different from internet. Firstly, they insisted no other rooms available but finally we got "really" superior rooms with balcony, bath tube and located on 2nd floor. Their location was good, near 7/11 and other small restaurants. Beach was not nice because of many seaweeds but other facilities were O.K.”
