Disappointing service... lovely hotel

The hotel itself is lovely but the staff didn't seem to have a clue about how to run it... we arrived to be told we weren't checked in, the hotel was fully booked and had to traipse to the other side of the island to get internet proof. Bookings of massages and scooters weren't kept and staff were generally unhelpful which was sad because it really is a beautiful place. Watch out for lots of children, it's not as relaxing as thoughts of a spa may conjure up!
