Koh Chang Marine Natural Park occupies 52 islands in Trat province the most important of which is Koh Chang (Elephant Island).

The Island is the gem of Eastern marine border of Thailand possessing 429 square meters as the second largest island of the country. Koh Chang is plenty of high mountains and cliffs. Abundant with tropical forest, which has water sources, it has many waterfalls. Moreover, it is highly reputed for its long sandy beaches where are untouched and continue to keep a tranquil charm waiting for all visitors.

Along the western site, Klong Prao beach, where Ramayana Koh Chang Resort nestled, owns the best long sandy beach. It is the ideal site to witness the magnificent sunset and enjoy the diversity of marine activities. The trip can be made all year while the best season to visit the island is between October – May. 	Kantamas Restaurant This open-air 150-seat pavilion pleasantly operates from 7am till 11pm for daily American breakfast and all day dining with Thai & European cuisines innovated with selecting ingredient and native flavors.
	Krailas Restaurant The wooden terrace of the restaurant is set for 80 seats, stands amidst the greenery scenic for your liberation with our variety tea and coffee lounge, together with library and internet services. The restaurant serves fine Thai cuisine, bbq seafood dinner and variety of drinks after dark. Opened from 9am till 9pm daily.

Transportation to Ramayana Koh Chang Resort

Traveling time by flight (by Bangkok Airways) from Bangkok Suwannabhumi Airport to Trat Airport is just 40 minutes.
The ferry service to Koh Chang is located at Ao Thammachart Pier. The ferries depart daily every 30 mnutes to Ao Supparod Pier in Koh Chang from 6.30am to 7pm. Traveling time is only 30 minutes.
