I'm coming back

Brilliant place for a holiday. Wonderful service, due to missing the ferry, they even allowed us to change our booked days at no extra charge.
Breakfast is brilliant. Wonderful location. Can't reccomend it enough. Will be back 4 sure.

A special place!

You feel welcome and the room was beautiful. I left Norway in January - cold, a lot of snow and dark. I arrived to a sunny paradise. I will tell all my friends about my nice stay at Sea view resort.

Good place ... but you have to stand up for yourself!

Very nice location, the views, beach and pool were lovely. Room was good but the bathroom was small and flooded. Service was not good, staff were not friendly and sometimes were totally uninterested.
The breakfast was uninspiring. Another problem was the sun beds. There were too few and what was worse people were allowed to "reserve" them all day, many had towels draped from early morning to late afternoon without being used. Unfortunately the beach staff did not intervene.

Good for families

It's a great family resort but if you are looking for peace and quiet then this is not the place for you. Rooms are big and accommodate up to 4 comfortably. It is a huge resort so expect plenty of people esp. During the long weekends.
Location and beach is great but I think it's overpriced for what you are getting. Then again most hotels in Thailand these days are overpriced so what can I say?

Never going back!

Basically, the only good thing going for this place is its location. The service left plenty to be desired and for the price, we were really pissed off when the power went off in our room for over 2 hours. Apparently, they don't have enough power to run all rooms at the same time! So basically, don't go there during public holidays, especially Songkran! I know. Koh Chang's beautiful though so go there by all means, just PLEASE do not patronize hotels (like this one) that charge money and give crappy service.
