Almost perfect......

“Almost everything was perfect. We did not like the daily debit for mineral water. 2 bottles should be daily free, but since we ordered it from service staff instead from reception, we were debited for 3.5$ per bottle (2 rooms 2 bottles per room everyday day) It's not "financial loss" that disturbed us, but the fact reception people know the problem, cannot solve it and do not enable you to talk to higher rank manager. It's really a pity because it left us with bad taste.”
