Stayed 3 nights at this hotel. The young lady at the reception was helpful but other staff was not really well trained....

Called at midnight once to ask for toilet paper (as the housekeeping forgot to replenish), but to my 'horror', I was asked by the receptionist to go down to collect it myself as there is no one to send it up to my room !!!

The swimming pool was also very dirty. Try wearing your mask/goggles & observe that the water visibility is no more than 2 metres...

This place could have change to be 5 star hotel, but.. well they are new and need some time to get things right. Facilities are very good as you can expect from new hotel. Rooms are good, specious and have beautiful decoration.

Staff was making their best and really worth of giving credit to them on that.

Rooms should still have some practicality improvements. Towels are not available in shower... till you walk in to the room. No shelves to unpack clothes etc. minor things.

Location is middle of nowhere, at end of small alleys and gravel road. Noise of the insects (I believe they are Cicadas) in the jungle next to hotel is horrible. You see ppl up very early looking for breakfast as there is no way to sleep after morning concert of insects starts.
