Below expectation, I will not go back again

What I like:
The room is spacious. The bathroom is clean. Though it is not directly across the beach, it's about a short 5 mins walk down the street. The NANA restuarant serves quite nice dishes with reasonable price.
What I dislike:
The staffs cant be bothered to smile at you. The place is quite worn. The room we had, had cobwebs at the ceiling, we had to get the staff to clean it. The moment we got into the room, I killed 4-5 mosquitoes. The next 3 days, I killed another 3-4. The wooden door and the furniture are cracking. The furniture are extremely heavy. The swimpool is small. Our safe box malfunctioned and had to wait till the next day before the staff could open it with key. Through the night, we had to live with the beeping sound. It is at the end of Ao nang beach, so to walk and shop will require lots of walking. We paid a lower price due to off season, but it is certainly not worth the peak season price. I will think this is more of a 2 star hotel standard.
