Very good! I would like to recomment this hotel to others.

It is lots of hotels in Ao Nang Beach then years before. The western ao nang bay resort, I think is one of the best resort there. The price of hotel in off-season is very reasonable. You need 3-5 min walk from the beach but it is easy to reach. The hotel is quiet and nice. We booked the superior room with pool view of this hotel. It was comfort and have good looking.

Can't wait to come back

For the money you pay its worth staying at this hotel. Down the road you have nemo tours where you can organize your trips at reasonable prices. Visit the phi phi islands (the best trip), and the Hong island and avoid the jungle tour (the cheap one), its boring and too much driving.

Really nice place. Strongly recommended

I enjoyed the stay at Best Western Ao Nang. It is not located directly on the beach, but the distance is really short and the walk is newer boring (shops, restaurants etc..) Rooms are quite comfortable and clean (we had superior).
Mini bar prices are not high comparing to other places. It was definitely the best place we stayed during our trip to Thailand.

Great hotel, shame about our fellow guests

Just back from 4 nights at this hotel. The location is great, the beach one way and restaurants and bars in the other direction. My only concern is round the pool, there is a ' lets put our towels on the beds at night' mentality, therefore beds have towels on them during the day but you never see anyone on them!.
The hotel is used by a German / Scandinavian tour operator so unless you enjoy battling for breakfast in the morning (our 4 year old was shoved out of the way and knocked over in the stampede) I'd give it a miss which is a shame as everything else is great, Fantastic bathroom in the deluxe triple room we had.

No free WiFi

Nice hotel, not far from the beach, with courteous staff. Just handful of TV channels compared to other places, but don't really care of TV there. One thing I could see different is free Wifi instead of the awkward need to purchase cards in advance, paying triple compared to the internet cafe fees.
