Been there twice and loved it. Will go back again soon!

The hotel is in a very good location. The staff are really friendly. The pool is always clean. Got a restaurant out the front that serves lunch at very good prices. There is a convenience store very close to the hotel too!
I have already stayed here twice, in 2003 and 2005. Will probably visit Krabi again in 2006 and will definitely stay at this hotel again.
The only thing I didn't like about this place is that if you're staying on the second or third floor, it could be a bit annoying to climb the stairs 2 or 3 times a day, this is because they have no elevators. Apart from this, I rate this hotel very highly and would recommend it to anyone.

A good place to relax and enjoy the sun, sand and the sea!

Good points: Rooms are spacious and well-maintained. Balcony has a good view of the pool as well as the town. Swimming pool is large and clean. The whole place has a very good resort atmosphere and landscaping is pleasing to the eyes.
Room for improvement: Some staff do not have the usual "Thai friendliness". Can do better with more smiles. Breakfast spread can be improved with perhaps more Asian spread. Airport transfer charges a bit too high. A small gym would be good for those who want to keep fit.

Poor service but still value for money

Service was really poor, staff was not friendly at all when we were asking for extra bed/night. Sounded as if he was questioning whether we had the money to pay or not. Others were busy staring at the computer screen rather than trying to help out.
Other than that, the room was ok and valued for money, except for the really poor service.

Good value for money

Thank you for 15 wonderful days. We would recommend the hotel to everyone… Wanna go back!

Convenient but uninspiring.

The hotel is in a convenient location but the breakfast was uninspiring and very little veggie choice. Rooms are dark with no attempt to make them look 'Thai'. The hotel could be located anywhere in the world.

Maybe we will to go back.

It is a good location nice place and clean resort but breakfast buffet is very basic food .Bathroom was a bit smelly and no separate between shower and toilet it not foot tower so the water goes everywhere in the room.
