Diamond Cave Resort & Spa Krabi Reviews & Ratings

This is the second time I've stayed at Diamond Cave. The bungalows are comfortable but the superior rooms are wonderful. Some think the walk to the beach is too far. I enjoy it and like the idea that the resort is not in the thick of things. The restaurant serves very good dinner and breakfast was better than most hotels , I found.

On first day of stay in this hotel we were befert! Somebody came in to our room, opened each bag, case and packet, found and stoled my really good hidden money, watch and other things. The door lock was unbroken, so it was somebody with a key.

The hotel personal was total unhelpful. They did not only believe us, they even refused to call the police either manager. One day after came manager, who agreed to call the police. But not by him, we should call them personally. No help with translation into Thai-language. Absolutely no help, no trust, no responsibility from hotel personal in such awkward situation in their resort. They even refused to give us confirmation of staying in their hotel for our insurance company.

And after it all came to me another hotel guest, that she with her husband nabbed night before two strange gays looking into window in their room. After speaking to them - they escaped.

So it looks in Diamond Cave Resort & Spa the personal has supplementary income from stealth and it is an exerted routine. We will never come back in this hotel and I advise to future guests - be really carefully with your property - better not leave nothing in room alone.
