Unfortunately we were really disappointed with Phi Phi Casita. It seems to be built over a swamp and so often get a foul smell everywhere! The pool looks good but has NO shade so we didn't use it the whole time.

At night we could hear from our room the bass of a nearby bar which got very annoying-it went til about 3am. The front desk staff we found to be unfriendly and had almost no customer service skills. I don't think we saw them smile once!

Overall really bad value for money!! Won't stay there again!

Though the hotel is not near the pier, it's still conveniently located and relatively more quiet.

However during my stay, the aircon in the room was not really working very well, hence not very cold.

Apart from that, I had a good time staying in this hotel.

It was a good location, clean small rooms though. Close to beach and has a nice pool. Good service friendly front desk staff. Great diving place close by. Good air con.

Overall good place to stay on Phi Phi Island.

Once again AtSiam came to my rescue as other attempts to check-in at other decent hotels on Phi Phi were fruitless. (Mind you it was the start of the Chinese New Year!)

Hotel now does have a restaurant "Flamingo" which serves an excellent buffet breakfast that should keep you going till mid afternoon.

Stayed in the new building which was good value for money when compared to similar hotels on the island. Room very clean and tidy with all modern fittings.

Swimming pool a little on the small side. Similarly the number of sunbeds. Very surprising when compared to the number of guests staying at the resort.

Two minutes walk to the beach and a ten minute walk from the arrival / departure pier.

Would return again if rooms available.

The Bungalow is nice and clean- not as small as it looks at the pictures.I liked the way the bed area was separated from the closet .

The only problem is Mosquito's !!!!! The area is full of them !!! We had a spray that we used every night to kill them-before going to sleep...
