Too early check out time

This hotel check out time is 11 am, too early for those taking the 2.30pm ferry services either to Phuket or Krabi and the management should improve onto this.
Location wise is ideal for those staying a night or two.

Will stay again next time

The environment is fine, convenient and people are nice. Room was clean but 3 person room only mean an extra bed in a twin room. Air-conditioning was not functioning well and got very noisy.

Right on the peer

Good clean hotel, the problem is that there is no elevator and all over the floors you could smell the street - although I was in the fifth floor. Other than that - the room was really clean, the breakfast was fine too.

Just ok

The hotel was o.k. we booked the seaview room, and we got one that does have a sea view, but also have a huge building under construction view; and it is a bit noisy when asking to change room they said that hotel is fully booked, and promise to change the next day to the ferry side, which is much much better, and nicer seaview. but, they didn't have room at the last floor, as we asked and had in the first place. So... if you are untented to be there do not forget to ask for seaview on the ferry side, and the highest floor is the best.
Also we were a little disappointment about the cleanness it was so so. we have been in cheaper and cleaner places than this one.
Anyway, the location is very good. Close to the ferry, no need to walk with heavy bags all around.

Good but not so kind

Good place to stay,
Dislike: The staff don't have any want to help you. I want to come from the 23-25/11/06 because a flight of Thai was delayed and I missed the last ferry to Phi Phi and Thai stewardess in Chiang Mai try to talk with the hotel representative but they don't want to crediting me about this and I paid for a 3 full night incl breakfast.

Lovely Phi Phi

Good value for money hotel and only a 2min walk from the ferry! Very close to the beaches too. Definitely recommend you stay here, Breakfast ain't the best but basic and does the job. Lovely friendly staff too ;o)

Excellent choice

This hotel is in a very good place. It is very close to the pier for one. It is less than 2 min walk to beach. It is quiet! The pool is nice and there are places to sit in the lobby out of the sun. They have newspapers too. The shops and restaurants are right out the front door. The only complaint is that they do not clean the room till early afternoon.

Good value!

We stayed 2 nights, the hotel definitely fulfilled our needs and has excellent location. We hade a Tonsai suite, the rest of our family ordinary rooms, and the difference wasn´t that big. But the rooms were clean, with fantastic views and good air condition. Breakfast was ok, although the room where it was served was a little bit scruffy. Only bad thing was to stay on the 5th floor, with no elevator and no air condition in the stairway...
