Krabi Tipa Resort Reviews & Ratings

We stayed at Tipa Resort during X'mas of 2006. Overall, the stay was great and we would certainly be glad to return to the Resort at our next visit. We just have to avoid eating there! There are some irks that we would like to highlight. While the reception staff was fabulous, staff at the restaurant left much to be desired. Except for one really kind lady at the restaurant, we felt totally discriminated at the restaurant. Caucasians were clearly favored and Asians were totally ignored. One particular gentleman at the restaurant was most obvious in the discrimination. He joked, talked and laughed with Caucasians and were rude when serving us. During the X'mas dinner, Asians were also clearly forgotten. The Masters of Ceremony were all so engaged in only addressing their European guests.
