Stepping into the resort is like jungle land. U can't get closer to nature anywhere else. The hotel only has 9 rooms and if you do not like the hustle and bustle of huge hotels, this place is more than good for you. Highlight of the rooms as stated on the website are the huge outdoor bath tubs. I read in some reviews that the tubs are not well maintained and could be dirty. I could not fault this as the tubs are out of the rooms and flora and fauna kept dropping into the tub. If you have any special occasions to celebrate, rest assured that housekeeping would clean up the tub and arrange a flower bath for you at a mere 500 baht. What i found most delightful about the place is the impeccable service. I would not say that the service is the typical professional 5 star hotel service, instead expect very personable, warm and sincere hospitality. The staff would do everything within their means to cater to your request as long as its reasonable ;) The manager cum owner was completely wonderful and prepared a little surprise for my boyfriend as i had informed them in advance. I would advise that you do some research on the rooms via their website and inform them beforehand of any request that you might have. However, you must love nature to enjoy your stay at the hotel. Hotel location is also quite far from the beach but the hotel has complimentary car service to send guests to Ao Nang beach. I found the prices of food more expensive near beach front and instead enjoyed the food along stretch outside hotel.
