Some weak point but we will come back

This was my second stay at the same room at this hotel.
This time the room was ready when my family arrived which was different from the last time when my family had to wait for more than 1 hour to get into the room because the hotel staff could not get the former guests out of the room.
The only weak point from this stay was the baby cot. The quality of the baby cot was very poor comparing to the last time. I have asked the hotel to purchase additional baby cot and they reported at the time I checked out that the hotel has already purchased an additional baby cot!

A happy ending stay

Prelude:
After a long drive, I was told by hotel check-in staff that my 3 bed rooms presidential suite was not available because the former guests did not check out on time!!! In addition, the hotel staff would like to transfer my family to another hotel smaller family suite + 1 deluxe room??? What a service???
I made a phone call to AtSiam.com to solve this problem and I finally got another presidential room at the same hotel.
Postlude:
Except the first negative impression above, everything at this hotel was excellent.The room was clean, spacious, ocean & pool view. The staff was very helpful and polite. The food is tasty and the price is reasonable. Hotel baby cot was the biggest and the most luxurious I have ever seen. My family is very satisfied with this hotel and this is a happy ending story.
I will come back to this hotel via AtSiam.com again.

Will come again if improved those things

Breakfast and all dishes are very poor taste.
The waiters are not ready to serve during breakfast, just stand and walk around.
It's very funny that international standard hotel, but you need to pay for tooth paste.
If all those improves will be nice place to relax with family.

Good for Relax

The room is so good and i like the seaview very much, but the location is far away from the Pattaya central so that we must spent a lot of time to go there, if the hotel can provide more shuttle bus is good for your guest.
