Great sporting facilities
by BERNARD MC MANUS, 18 Nov 06
Excellent hotel with 1st class sporting facilities. Location is good with Pattaya beach 5 minute walk and only 3km from walking street. Service was good and gym facilities/aerobic classes excellent.
Only drawback was that rooms are a little bit basic and tv reception not great.

Highly recommend Fairtex to my friends, family and others. Gotta save my money to go back...Can't get enough of the place.
by John from New York City, NY, 11 Oct 06
The place is beautiful! Not too many people knows about it since it is brand spanking NEW! The staff are great. Service was good especially the training. Met with the owners, Mr. Wong and Anthony Lin. Both are very down to earth and treated me very well. Did not know they are the owners when I first spoke to them until someone else told me after my encounter with them two.
The muaythai training was great. Too bad I was only there for 5 days and had to leave for home. I very much enjoyed training with Kaew and Yodsankai. Both are Fairtex champs.
The place is centrally located and is about 5 minutes to the beach. Which is perfect for me. Thought the beach is not as clean as I thought it would be. Lots of shopping near by.
Room was clean and simple. Good enough to sleep at night but nearby bars and other gym activities makes it hard to sleep at night at times... I am sleep early since I have to wake up at 5am to run and train muaythai.

Excellent Value & Very Clean
by Vig & Rajes from Singapore, 26 Sep 06
The place is very very new. So rooms are simple but very clean and unused.
Excellent value for the price. Hospitable Staff. Simple breakfast set, but fulfilling.
Not many locals know the address since it's new. But is very centrally located. Good to write address also in Thai to keep in case taking motorbike taxi back.
