The room is good but the hotel staff mindset is bad.

Overall services of the hotel are satisfied except on the time of checking-out. The checking out cashier asked me to pay
for 2 missing small towels!!!
This is very rude because I paid almost 9,000 baht/night for the room. It is not funny asking me to pay for 2 missing towels that it is out of my control. It is hotel staff job to take care of it not me.
Anyway, I just left the hotel without paying for hotel mistakes.

Thailand is an excelent country but this Hotel............

The worse Hotel I found in Thailand. The site is not what I know about Thailand. The overall situation of the Hotel is miserable.The service was absolutely not of the level of Thailand.
