What a difference three days makes

I stayed in Green Park Resort for two three day periods at the start & end of my holiday. The first three days spent in a very nice Bungalow, the last three in a grotty old cockroach friendly Bungalow. The location is good, not to near nor far from the nightlife. One receptionist was so miserable, i wondered if she was really Thai! All the other staff where nice though. For its price & the amount of competition in Pattaya i wont be staying there again.

If you like HOT room

Advantages:
This hotel is girl friendly.

Disadvantages:
The room is damn HOT! I booked a bungalow and the air con couldn't work properly. If u don't mind wake up several times during sleep and sweat all over, then u should give it a try.

Conclusion:
I'll never come back to this hotel. Last time I lived in Areca hotel. The room is the best value of money at the price of 950 Baht. I'll choose Areca for my next visit.

Would stay here again

The location was great and the pool was fabulous. The bed linen was changed every 2 days so that was great. The bungalow was so so. This since all the walls were not completely attached to each other (you could see out in some corners since the cracks were 2-3 cm wide). I would still recommend the place for people who are not too picky since my overall experience was positive.

the Swimmingpool was the best!

At first we had a Bungalow, but this was not a god idea it was old , dirty and very small. After we change the bungalow in a normal Hotel room, it was much more better, cleaner and friendly and not so small. Don't book the Bungalow!

Don't take bungalow!

Pool area is really great! Nice poolbar! Breakfast OK. We first had superior bungalow, that was terrible. Untidy, dirty towels and linens. Lots of bugs, especially in shower room. We complained about that and after that staff weren't helpful at all, finally after two nights we got room from hotel and that was much better.

All in all, OK for the money, and nothing more...

Nice quiet location, away from traffic and yet close to everything. Breakfast is kind of poor, and get`s worse after a couple of days.Day staff in reception is very unhelpful, but the bellboy was really good, and spoke the best English at the entire hotel.

The pool area is great, but closes at 6. Poolbar looked mushy, but worked.

All in all, OK for the money, and nothing more... Next time, we will try something else.

Relaxing place

I visited Green Park many times. Great swimming pool and nice garden to relax. The rooms are a little bit old and some times too hot. Should need renovation. Some staff is friendly, poor service at reception. Close to bars and shopping. At all it's a very relaxing place to be, but you have to ask for it to become good service.

Perhaps may stay again!

Pool is excellent and clean. Breakfast was not so good. Very quiet place to stay. Staff were helpful.The shop near hotel was very small and closed early 6 pm. Very good massage place just 100 meter from hotel.

Good location Good value Will certainly return.

The swimming pool is great. Good location in north Pattaya and easy to get around Pattaya yet removed from the heavy traffic of the beach or walking street.

This is my second time to stay at Green Park. I stayed in the Bungalows and it was good. Probably will try the regular rooms next time just for a change. Good buffet breakfast.

I shall return

I have stayed once at hotel room. Big big swimming pool, breakfast was fair and crowded. Staff was girl friendly. Room was average but clean. Location : good, quiet and not crowded. Walking distance to supermarket, food stall, 7-11 and Big C.

The best choice in Pattaya at this value. I shall return soon.
