Great place

Great place, near the beach, good service* and excellent food.
*Room service could be improved, and breakfast could be served before 8 am, not all sleep so long.
We will be back next year.

A nice peaceful place.

The location is good: near the beach and within easy reach of most facilities. The building itself is very attractive, nicely decorated, and very clean. The restaurant is good and reasonably priced, even if you're earning Thai baht. The only thing is the early check-out time of 11 am. The standard midday would be more customer friendly.

First Class Hotel

Being our first time in Thailand we had no idea what to expect with the hotels but we could not have asked for better. It was brilliant, the staff were so friendly and helpful, the rooms were kept spotless, safe in room free of charge and the beach directly across the road. The food in the hotels restaurant was again first class. Thank you so much.

Acceptable

Good location right opposite the beach. Careful how you cross the busy road though, especially on a Sunday when all the local are out for the day. Hotel staff were helpful and friendly. The "Garden view room we were allocated was dark and need the lights on all the time to see, the window was about 1meter high and 20cms wide giving very little natural light. As it was only a couple of days we didn't worry about it.
The only thing that disappointed us were the breakfast staff, they could have taken a few helpful and smiling pills in the morning before they started work.

We book again if we go Thailand and Jomtien Beach

We like the hotel very much. It was clean, four categories of room to shuse, good restaurant,very good food, booth Thai and European, near the beach.English spoken personal in the hotel and restaurant.

What you pay is what you get

The hotel is located direct at the beach road. For beach access you have to cross this road. Be careful: There is much traffic on the beach road!
The room was clean also the bathroom is according to European standards. Unfortunately the hotel is a little bit noisy: Because of the very thin walls you are always informed well about the activities in your neighbor rooms.

Disappointed, poor value for money

3 nights spent.
Like: Good Location, just in front of the beach (across the main road).
Dislike: Hot water not working (cold shower for 2 days), noisy aircon. I notified hotel about the problems and they sent technicians, but nothing has been really fixed.
Conclusion: Price THB 1,050 seems fair but can find much better deal (in term of quality) for the same amount in the area.
Improvements needed... I was really disappointed.

Very good value & location

This is by no means a 5-star accommodation, but as a single traveller looking to go SCUBA diving, it went way beyond my expectations at a very reasonable price.
It was very clean, the rooms looked like they had not long been furnished. Either that or the staff just do an excellent job of keeping it clean. (I think the later is true.)
I had a balcony room, and they not only had double-glazing but also double patio doors which kept virtually all the noise out from the main beach/road.
The room had a fridge with mini-bar including 2x free bottles of water every day, and an in-room safe big enough to hold my laptop, which was very re-assuring on a daily basis when I was 30 meters under water! :-)
My only fault, was that there was no lift (or at least I couldn’t find one) and as I had a heavy suitcase with diving gear etc, I had to carry it up 2 floors. But this certainly didn’t effect my overall rating of the hotel.
I will definitely stay there again.
PS, one tip... If you go into the hotel restaurant and order the red Thai curry and the waitress says "Spicy"? say "No, mild please" :-)

We were very impressed with every aspect of this hotel. We stayed in August and the staff were excellent, hotel spotless;food and drink especially breakfast most impressive too!Room was extremely comfortable and a fabulous location for both beach and nightlife!Good choice of restaurants too, as well as the hotel.

We are coming back

Thanks to all at the hotel. We had a great time with good service, food and Elvis show. We like to come back in January and then we will bring some friends also.
