Clean room, adequately met needs.

Some of the staff, particularly in the Restaurant were really, really helpful and very friendly. Other members of staff, particularly on reception were cold and unhelpful.
The rooms large and spotless and very comfortable.
The gym, spa and sauna was basic, but perfectly adequate.
Breakfast was poor, despite an extensive lunch/dinner menu. The hotel is bang in the middle of Pattaya with easy access to shopping, restaurants and bars. If you looking for a quiet and relaxing environment, this is definitely not the place for you!
The rooms large and spotless and very comfortable.
The gym, spa and sauna was basic, but perfectly adequate.

Great hotel, good location and value for money

Booked and payed for the hotel through AtSiam.com and absolutely no problems. Had the printout of the booking so I could phone the hotel and they then gave directions to the taxi driver I used from Survanibhumi airport. With regards to the hotel its excellent!!!
The rooms are very nice and clean, the breakfast was good and room service too. Cleaners were very nice and polite as were all the staff at the hotel. Its in a great location too with regards to nightlife, restaurants, ATM/money exchange, supermarkets, massage, pharmacy just about everything you need right on your doorstep. Did not have to pay extra charge for lady.
I had a room at the back of the hotel and could not hear any traffic or music at all!!! not sure the same could be said for the rooms at the front so if you like your sleep at night make sure to ask for a room at the back!!!
The only thing that I could fault was that some of the gym equipment was not in working order but sauna and steam rooms were great. Anyway when your on holiday you probably wont be using the gym.
Yes this is the best hotel I have stayed in Pattaya and will definitely go back!!!

Excellent

Best hotel have stayed in Pattaya!!! Will stay there when ever I go back in the future because of location, price and cleanliness and service!!! Rooms are perfect (standard). No charge for lady!!! also safe and dvd in the room for when you just want a night off drinking. Only snag is that some of the gym cv equipment is in a bad state of repair and will probably remain like it for ages, but the sauna and steam rooms work very good. Have just come from there and will be booking up to go again soon!!!

Hotel and room is so beautiful and staff are kindness so much. The furniture that use in hotel is very good.I like it so much. But the toilet should be to clean more and need slipper, shower cloth in room. The rate by AtSiam.com is not expensive, I think so.

Excellent hotel for a reasonable price

Just a great hotel, in the middle of Pattaya, tough not noisy. Will stay here again, no doubts. Big rooms, excellent a/c, good service, nice pool. Only negative was the poor breakfast buffet.

Stayed at several hotels in this area and this was the best by far. The hotel is local to all amenities and local restaurants are great. There are plenty of bars within a minutes walk . This is a lively resort so not for the faint hearted.

Okay,not great

Good for price, clean, breakfast well cooked although not a lot of choice, bell staff watch you carry your own bags up the stairs & fight with doors although all staff are friendly just not trained, will stay again.

Nice

The hotel is located in Central Pattaya, if that's the location you want (very busy, ping pongs offered all the time), then that's the hotel for you, walking distance to most places including the Walking Street (which is the place with all the bars, clubs, etc).
Its very clean, rooms are very nice, colonial style, very comfy sofas :) The breakfast is OK, American style, same every day. Re the value - its seems there are many much cheaper places in Pattaya however I am not sure how clean they are, if they are located in a smelly area (which often happens) and if they have hot water, air con, etc.
So overall a nice hotel with all you need in a fairly busy location, we have enjoyed our stay there however Pattaya itself is too sleazy for my taste...

Better can get a food from Muslim to go there, use more signboard or sign for foreign to go somewhere, for this place is much better than I have seen before, clean.
