Never Again

Stayed here 6 times over the last 3 years. Came back last week and the rates have doubled from last year. Ended up staying 1 night till I found something else. Swimming Pool has only about 8 sunbeds and all the sunshades apart from 2 have been taken away and never replaced. This was a great place to stay but at these prices there is much better value elsewhere. The reception staff are most unhelpful.

Good solid value

This was in a great location, with enormous rooms and very well appointed.Staff were very friendly and helpful.It was very good value but more like serviced apartments than a hotel.They were happy for you to have guests.
Don't expect a social scene at the bar or pool it was empty in those areas most of the time. Breakfast was a bit ordinary but for the price it was exceptional value overall. I'd stay there again definitely.

Would stay there again in a heart beat

The door locks often wouldn't open. It's a hassle at 4 am.......... But the staff did there best to help us. My friend in a another room had the same problem with the lock.

Great value for money

Ideally located between the bustling soi buakow and 2nd road, the LK Metropole is never too far away from the action with regards to shopping, bars & restaurants. Being on a side street, it's also quiet enough to enjoy a good night's sleep too, or if ya anything like myself, u won't be sleeping till it's daylight again!!! Bang in the middle of everything that goes in Pattaya.

Will never go back again

This hotel is not a hotel it is a residence, but very noisy at 2:30 am still have people run on the floor and the neighbor room make a lot of noise, like a discotheque in the night. The receptionists is very impolite, the personnel don't know how to present to the client. They are not professional.

Better can get a food from Muslim to go there, use more signboard or sign for foreign to go somewhere, for this place is much better than I have seen before, clean.

Nice

The hotel is located in Central Pattaya, if that's the location you want (very busy, ping pongs offered all the time), then that's the hotel for you, walking distance to most places including the Walking Street (which is the place with all the bars, clubs, etc).
Its very clean, rooms are very nice, colonial style, very comfy sofas :) The breakfast is OK, American style, same every day. Re the value - its seems there are many much cheaper places in Pattaya however I am not sure how clean they are, if they are located in a smelly area (which often happens) and if they have hot water, air con, etc.
So overall a nice hotel with all you need in a fairly busy location, we have enjoyed our stay there however Pattaya itself is too sleazy for my taste...

Okay,not great

Good for price, clean, breakfast well cooked although not a lot of choice, bell staff watch you carry your own bags up the stairs & fight with doors although all staff are friendly just not trained, will stay again.

Stayed at several hotels in this area and this was the best by far. The hotel is local to all amenities and local restaurants are great. There are plenty of bars within a minutes walk . This is a lively resort so not for the faint hearted.
