Really lovely apartments, quite luxurious. Very new (Est. build 2005). Entrance is very plush, good security. Great Gym, Great pool above street leve, sauna, steam room.

Staff are ok, not the best, but compared to other properties in the area i have stayed at they are fine.

It is not too noisy and is close to 2 big supermarkets (Tops, and Carrefour). The restaurant is average (ok food, but not a good menu). You can bargain them down on long-stay price (better off to pay for electricity and water separately, as it is much cheaper than all inclusive room tarrif). Internet is quite fast, but the wifi didn't work well in the rooms, so i am using the LAN connection (i little annoying).

Only complaint, is the shower is impossible to get the right temperature.

I stayed four nights in this hotel in October 2007, the room was even better than expected. Around 50m2 or more, Fully equipped (two TV's, Nice kitchen, , Jacuzzi) with modern style. The room was one principal room following by the bedroom with electronic control of everything (locked door, AC, lights...etc). Also, the swimming pool and gym area were very nice on first floor.

Besides, the restaurant with his buffet was very cheap for a high quality of food.
After my stay, I wanted to book this hotel in Bangkok, but the negative point is when you get used to this level of quality, you don't want to go back: the answer is that they are several LK Hotels but only in Pattaya.

What could be better, may be to be closer to the beach (15mn walking). For sure, I will go back to this hotel. This kind of hotel abroad, should be between 300-500 usd per night depending on the country.
