The breakfast buffet was disappointing. Catered basically for foreigner. And I was looking for some authentic Thai food.

Receptionists at front desk spoke limited to none English, yet almost everything was available/listed in both Thai & German.

Quite a walk to the market. A bit far from town.

Nice swimming pool. Though limited beach space.

Great massage by the pool for very good price.

Having stayed at this hotel many times I have found the accommodation clean and the staff more than happy to assist. The beach is very close, just a short walk threw the swimming pool area.

For me the only Bad thing is my Thia wife has been hassled by the Guards (think she is a working Girl) but in future visits I have informed reception
of this and have had no further problem.

Overall .. clean, quite and relaxing

Firstly, forget the rating, I have not been stayed yet. My later visit to Pattaya, I saw this hotel and was interested by it's look --- high, new sky building in Pattaya and must have a good view. My counting was it must be a 4 star one and wonder how much $. When I return back to HK, i check the price is about, 2xxx bahts, I decided that I must try this one.

It is located at rural area but with only less than 5 mins walk to the big road/city. If you do not have any suggestion, try this one at this price range. I am sure that it is better than Woodlands, Bayshore, Bayview.

This hotel is located in a great location, especially for family. It is cut away from the busy Pattaya life. There are 2 pools. One is quite deep, but very quiet. Another has 2 zone... deep and not so.. The pool bar does exist.. but nothing is sold. However, you can call staff around the pool to order your cocktail drink at any time.

The bathroom is clean which I enjoyed it. If you want go there now, make sure to request for the left side. Even every room provide sea view but on the right side.. there is some construction work which might distract your attention.

And a recommend place to go in the evening. The Holff (I am not sure how it is spelled) it is in the central near the big mall. It is German bar and has a very GREAT Spanish singer there. Try to be there around 8 pm something. and enjoy your staying. Also, the room service has a very lovely price.

Stayed 8 nights in July 2005 and were pleased overall: the hotel is new and clean and the room we had (Bali style) was spacious and comfortable. The center of Pattaya was a huge disappointment (looked like a slum in many places), but the hotel with its peaceful surroundings guaranteed a very pleasant stay. Moreover, there is a Family Mart just round the corner plus some restaurants for Thai/international food nearby. Excellent value for money in the north of Pattaya. Finally, booking with AtSiam.com was convenient - thank you!

Although bedroom is clean and new but swimming pool is too small & dirty. I can't swim because of a lot of people in the pool. I think it is too expensive for the facilities provided for us.

Location is outside of Pattaya so taxi ride required to get to town. Hotel is good and has value for money food. Has sandwich bar if your not too hungry at lunch. Not much entertainment on at night so expect to go out if you want a more lively evening. People are very friendly, service and rooms are good.
