Very good experience with everything. The food selection was decently varied, well-priced, and tasty. Room service was prompt. We stayed in a double room suite and it was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The only thing that was absent was a DVD player for either of the TV's.

The room was great, large & clean. The service from the reception staff was just acceptable, this is not a hotel but they really aren't interested in helping.
Unfortunately There is construction going on in most places in Pattaya but there is extensive road construction right outside the front door so access and noise was poor.

Overall it was OK but I would look around before going there again.

Loved this place. I had just stayed there and find the bed to my liking as opposed to what some others have mentioned. And the location is perfect if you want to rest in some peace & quiet instead of in the middle of all the noise. It is only a short 10 Baht ride to walking street.

I have stayed at the Residence Gardens twice now, and both times enjoyed my stay. For me, I enjoy some peace and quiet when I am done for the evening, and the residence gardens easily accomplishes this.

The location can be a problem for some, but walk out the front door, wait for the baht bus, kinda a pickup with bench seating on the side and for 10baht (about a quarter, you can be at any soi along 2nd road and almost every soi connects to the main beach rd. Walking street (where a lot of action is, is less than a 10 min. walk)

Prices are the best, when I checked in, for some reason, they could not find my reservation, but gave me room for about 10 less a night and moved me to my desired type room within a day.

I would stay here again, but if you desire to be on top of the action. I suppose some of the more centrally located hotels would be better, but you can't beat the price of 1399 Baht about 40 bucks a night.

Also no problem at all with midnight guests!

Very beautiful design. Very roomy. Full size refrigerator.

The beds are rock hard. If I was staying here long term I would go buy a mattress out of my pocket. Difficult to get back to the hotel from the nightlife areas.

On a scale of 0 - 10, I deduct 1.5 points for the hard bed. I deduct .5 points for the location. I give a 1 pt bonus for the value for price. Final score 9.0
