The hotel located in an convenient area, that means not far from town and beach. We stayed in Deluxe room which does not look like deluxe.

Service is good, staff are friendly and helpful.

If you expect to have a fair place to stay in Pattaya then this place could be the right one, but I would recommend a Superior room at the front building.

I got bungalow and it was damp there. The furniture was very old. The location is really good one, close to all attractions, bar life and shopping. I loved the swimming pool! Breakfast was fantastic.

We liked the location, close to active nightlife but still a peaceful and quiet oasis for bed time. We feel that the hotel would struggle to maintain its tranquility at the height of its holiday season, especially if all rooms were full, the breakfast buffet was adequate if a little uninspiring and the cooked foods were often cold or not replenished. On occasion we had to wait a while in order for a table to become available, however the staff were mostly helpful and attentive and so it did not spoil our enjoyment overall.

We stayed in one of the bungalow rooms and I have to say that it was very pleasant indeed, spacious, fresh and cool. The bed linen/towels were changed daily, however the shower room sink and toilet did not appear to have been cleaned in the two weeks we occupied it. I felt compelled to clean it myself in the end, something a woman would want to avoid doing during her holiday! The real let down for me though was the lack of hot water either for showering or wash basin, no matter what time during the day or evening, the water was luke warm or at best almost hand hot! Again this was only a minor irritation and it didn't bother my husband at all! Overall I was quite happy with our accommodation.

As a British citizen it is not normally in our nature to complain, so I have to say that most of the above is an observation rather than a complaint and if I have the chance to return to Pattaya I would be more than happy to stay in the Sunshine Garden Hotel.

We first stayed at the Green Park Resort next door but wanted to extend our stay and they were unavailable. This hotel is a lot cheaper than the green park resort but the rooms are a bit more run down and the pool was not as nice. The good thing was that there was a child pool for smaller kids.

This motel had a nice setting in the lobby area, surrounded by fountains and pools of fish. It also had a coffee shop set up in this area.
The room we had only had a view of a wall but you could see over it and watch the goings on at a restaurant next door.It was nice being able to sit outside on the balcony.

The rooms were kept clean, so if you were looking for a hotel that is clean and nothing fancy then this place is in an excellent position with transport available right out the front into town.

The resort itself was excellent! We couldn't believe the beauty of the surroundings we were getting for the price we were paying. The driveway and lobby area looked like a pretty high-class resort. The furnishings of the rooms weren't spectacular but livable and the pool area itself was very relaxing. The breakfast buffet was superb. Be ready to spend on traveling to the main beach area and walking street though, about 10 Baht per person on the mini-buses. The resort seems very popular with Germans for some reason.

On the whole, the 8 of us definitely enjoyed our stay there.

Enjoyed the quiet location in the middle of busy Pattaya. We had a bungalow behind the pool which made it even more peaceful and quiet.

Only stayed one night and would like to go back and spend more time.
