Excellent value in the

Good place for what you pay. Like much of South Pattaya, it is located on a Soi made up mainly of girlie bars. Breakfast not great but restaurant staff are friendly.

Can't wait for the next trip

Convenient, Clean, Excellent staff, exceptional value for money, central location for everything and without a doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone wishing to have a relaxing and pleasant stay in Thailand.

Sunshine all the way

Great hotel if ya like to be in the action very noisy but if that's what you want its perfect , i found the staff v honest cleaners very good they rush about like mad all in all hotel and excellent value for money i'd definitely stay there again.

Disappointment

I had order the two single beds for our room but they said that all rooms are king beds.......that is big disappointment to me. And the hotel is too old...........

Right in the center of all the fun

I stayed in the old wing which was not that bad. The reason I choose this hotel was the location location location. I would not recommend this hotel for families on vacation. Anyone just looking to have fun and stay in a nice cheap hotel well here it is. I will stay here again on my next trip but will try the new wing which i have heard good things about. Enjoy ... plus no lady fees!!!!!!!!

I think I will be back

I have been there several times - just for fun/that's what I want. Not less but not more, meaning I need a clean room. But it is getting louder and louder all times.

Average with good staff

Noisy until about 3 am. The room never got cool enough for me. Poor air conditioner. receptionist named Orm was so pleasant and helpful it made me forget I had any problems.

Old wing - never again. New wing - anytime.

Had a great stay at this hotel. But its important to note that the rooms in the new wing and the old wing are completely different. I was put in the old wing the first night. (nothing like the photo on this website) ... very very small, no bathtub and stains on the sheets. I asked if it would be possible to get a room with a bathtub at least and they said they would put me in one the next day.
Next day they said they still didn't have one, after a few minutes they agreed to put me in the new wing. I packed my stuff, came down to the lobby, then they said I would go back to the old wing because a room with a bathtub just became available. I got put in the new wing in the end and the difference is vast. Rooms are big, nice bathroom, clean, thick curtains. I do not recommend the old wing rooms at all. But new wing rooms are great.
