The location is great, but it is a bit crowded, especially during breakfast time. The swimming pool is nice. The staff at reception is very helpful and polite, much better than those at the Marina restaurant.

The hotel offer free Wi Fi at lobby but the password provided only valid for one day. Everyday we must request for another one which is inconvenient.

Living in this hotel was a great experience ... the rooms, service, staff, location, swimming pool ... everything was great ... but the breakfast menu was same every day... and ya.. the hotel got really crowded at night..!!
But the entire experience left us with good memories...

I was repeat customer for this hotel. Last year also I had stayed here. This year I found out how good location it is. Apart from location, the hotel ambiance, quality of room, cleanliness, suites at price of double rooms, food quality is all of 5 star rating. breakfast is too good.

The Thai food they offer is out of this world. Must taste.

The only problem with this hotel is, they charge outrageously for extra services like internet. 140-170 baht per hr. at the internet room. They advertise free wifi on their website but its available only in lobby (funny and illogical). Its free but what the fun if I can not connect it via my room? Why don't they just add more wifi access points to make the network good in all rooms?

Also the joiner fees is too high... almost as good as room rate for cheap hotels.

I wanted to avail their bicycle hiring service... but they did not give it to me for full day (i.e. 9 hr) because i was asking in 2nd half of the day and they provide it only in the morning. it was 500 baht for the day however i got motorcycle for 300 baht for the day.

Apart from these glitches... its great hotel and will come back again there for 3rd visit.

The hotel and rooms are very clean. The security staff are fantastic, very friendly and efficient. Staff at the pool side bar & restaurants are also good. What we are unhappy with are the chambermaids, they are extremely slow in cleaning up the room every morning. We went out in the morning for meeting and when we came back at 3pm, the rooms are still untouch, they have not clean our rooms yet. These happened for several days, which are not very pleasant to our stay. The reception staff are also very inefficient, they are slow and quite blur when you ask them some questions, it gives me the idea that the reception staff are not well trained in their job.

everything is good.staff is very friendly,room is very clean,the baby cot is good than any hotel,but swimming pool opening time is too short and breakfast food style the same everyday....that's all,we have a good vacation.
