Rooms quite large for the money, nice bathroom, good air con, and food OK.
Pool area could be better, and exterior of hotel needs painting, but overall good value for money.
Staff very helpful, very good staff around pool area.

Good place to stay....

An excellent place to stay due to good location. Room is spacious and the services good, especially the room services. Would recommend friends to stay there if they were to go to Pattaya.

I stayed one night. The distance from hotel to beach is about 8 mins walk. Location wise, it is not bad. For the price i paid, the hotel is value for money. It has a great pool but breakfast could be improved. Juz my 2 cents worth of comment. Thanks.

Think twice before you booked!

We have stayed on this hotel last Dec 2006 and we are quite disappointed as the room is not so clean. My friend room which we booked to be triple sharing is not yet made up when we arrive, need to wait to put the extra bed! The bathroom shows sign of deterioration and the shower curtain is so dirty! The room have unpleasant smell. Though the location is good, walking distance to bars and shopping mall.
I will think twice before I would come back to this hotel and would probably not recommend to it to my friends.

I will not be back

The room was old and musty. The air con did not work properly so room was always warm. I was eating alive by bed bugs, my arms and legs were covered in bites. The staff had no problem changing the room which was the same as the first one. Location was great.
