The only thing we can reclaim is that only a few people of the personnel can understand English sufficiently. Well, several times our frigo was not refilled with soda but when we phone the room service they bring it. The location and surrounding is very beautiful and we are sure that we travel next year to Thailand again. Maybe to the same hotel.

Perfect location, beautiful view. Good but somewhat pricey restaurant, helpful staff, clean. No free internet/WiFi. On the beach in walking distance are three beach restaurants which are good and cheap. because off all the stairs absolutely unsuitable for disabled or people who have difficulty walking.
