Allamanda Laguna Phuket Resort Reviews & Ratings

My husband and I stayed at Allamanda Phuket, room#1238 during Aug 10 – 13, 007. We found that the room was very old, had bad odor, yellowish water and poor draining system. We could not get the new room as there were fully booked in that period. Moreover there were two black out, early morning Aug 11 and daytime Aug 13. Luckily we checked out in the next day.

WE WERE VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE ROOM QUALITY AND THE HOTEL SERVICES!

My wife and I couldn't have been happier with our 6 nights' recent stay at the Allamanda Laguna. The staff were all so helpful and charming and the services rendered couldn't be faulted.

Our room was spacious and clean, as was the bathroom. The king-sized bed was very comfortable too.

We also appreciated the quietness and security offered at Allamanda. Overall, a fabulous holiday venue and, for us, the location away from the hustle and bustle was just what we were looking for.

We have already recommended the Allamanda to a number of our friends, some of whom have school-aged children, since our return to Australia.
