Arimana Hotel Phuket Patong Reviews & Ratings

Hotel is in a quiet location and it isnt near the beach. May not be advisable for families with young children/babies in strollers to stay here. I had 3 young children (ages 4-10) with me and it's quite a distance for them to walk daily to the beach in the sun.

Hotel is however, near many beauty and massage salons (whose prices are comparable or less than those at the shopping mall, Jungceylon), and also near 7-Elevens and 24-hour Family Mart and some great-tasting local food stalls - all just a minute or two away.

Breakfast was nice and more than enough for one. Mini restaurant is quiet, and windy too.

I am most impressed with the decor of the room although room looked bigger in the website. I love the cleanliness of this hotel, especially the toilets in lobby/room and the swimming pool. Everything worked well in room, except the so-called satellite TV - not one channel had good reception.

Hotel lift did not have an 'open' button for me to hold the lift to wait for my other family members to get in, although there was a 'close' button.

Overall, I did enjoy my stay there. I would recommend my friends this hotel if they want a place away from beach and noise.

Arimana Hotel is recommended for travelers who are looking for cheap and reasonable price to stay. It is about 15 mins away from the beach and the night life entertainment street. It is about 10 mins away from the new shopping center, Jungceylon.

Although it may sound a little far away from the beach and the night life, but we enjoyed the side seeing along the road.
No worries about transportation, as you can rent motorcycles, super bikes or you may take a mini tuk tuk (van) i.e convenient to the destination you wish to go.

Arimana's swimming pool is nice, clean and very Balinese. We had a great time over there. The rooms are clean with air cond, water heater, tv and a mini refrigerator. It is also very near to the convenient stores and 7 Elevens.
At the end of the trip (4d 3n), we never regretted choosing the hotel as our accommodation. Will definitely go back to Arimana hotel if ever to go to Phuket again. :)

Stayed here for 4 nights with my wife. Rooms were decent for the price. Small but clean and the basics like the air conditioning, lights, taps, worked. The staff were pleasant and chatty. Breakfast was basic but more than adequate.

The down side however is the distance from the beach. Do not believe the map that is displayed on the website. It looks close but is easily a 15 minute brisk walk to the beach. There are several similar type accommodation closer to the beach.

I was overall satisfied with my stay at this hotel.
