Save your money for something better ...

What can I say ... am never coming back to stay at this hotel ever. We booked the hotel on last min at a Travellin agency in Lanta due to our favor hotel in Phuket Burasari is fully occupied. Paid 6,000 baht plus for a Deluxe Room, but when we arrived it's far from being a Superior room ... far from a boutique resort but more of a standard.
The room was at ground floor. So when u open the curtain people walking pass can basically see through out the room. The ceiling was really 2 low and there's a stuffy smell feels like you're living in a prison or something.
The next day we request to cancel the next day booking but was told that we need to bare the nonrefundable payment. We was offered for upgrade where we need to pay an additional 1,000 baht.
We paid anyway. the room was at 4th floor. Still the same but with a view at least and less smell. The hotel was about 10 min walk from Patong .. for the price we paid 7,000 Baht plus for more like a 2 star hotels.
I would strongly recommend others to look else where ... it's too expensive for the luxury they seems to lack. Burasari is still our first choice so far.

Highly recommended

I stayed at Advantika 2 weeks after it reopened. The hotel was up and running. This hotel is furbished with a lot of taste, highest modern five star standards of comfort, it's very conveniently situated in Patong, but at sufficient distance of the crowds; basically the best of both worlds, quiet and close to the action.
Beautiful swimming pool and good restaurant.
I've been staying there already four times both before an after Tsunami and definitely highly recommend it.
