A beautiful, clean, comfortable, happy place. The staff could not have been more friendly or helpful, (my daughter was unwell on one of the days, and I was amazed that all the staff we had contact with asked her how she was).

The service was truly fabulous, and all the Thai people are so caring and friendly. We were there for Songran (Thai New Year), an experience not to be missed! and don't miss the spa! I would love to return for another visit, 9 days was not enough!

I stayed for many years at Diamond Cottage and was eager to come back. It is well located and was giving me always good price for value.

But this time it was different. The lady at the reception was giving me the worst possible room, half below the beach bar and hidden behind a concrete wall. Fully booked, she told me.

When I checked the occupancy book behind her shoulders, I noticed, that she was lying on me.

So she told me bluntly, that she had to give me the worst possible room of the house, because I had booked last minute.

I checked out after one night, and had to pay a penalty of one additional night and cancellation fee. Never again !!!!!

They prefer group tourists from Korea and Hongkong, Hotel is Korean-owned. European and US citizens are treaded as second class guests.
