Stayed twice before and would definetly go back!!!

We discovered Sea Sands Resort in 2006 and we went back again last year and stayed another 10 days. The location is great for us (2 adults 2 children 12yrs & 9yrs) with the beach across the road and lots of fantastic food places right at your doorstep plus the shopping up the road at the market is brilliant and we spent a lot of time there! We had no problems with getting our requested adjoining rooms and both rooms were very spacious and clean with lovely bathrooms. Kids slept in large beds at least king single size maybe bigger and we had a super king size in our room. Nice balcony to sit on overlooking the pool and the resort has Buffet Themed dinners most nights if you wanted to attend. breakfast was always of a high standard.
We would recommend this property to others, this is our 6th trip to Thailand and we would certainly return to Sea Sands again as it is a great property for good a price.

Stayed at Sea Sands shortly after the Tsunami. The rooms where big, airy and spotless clean!! Staff very helpful, and the room service and food excellent!
Location is perfect, 30m to the beach, 150m to nightlife, restaurants and shopping.
We will bee back for New year Eve 05/06.

Had to change rooms.

Rooms big and very clean, A/c noisy and not very efficient, had to change rooms but this did not help. At breakfast lots of staff, but very slow to top up buffet. This is a very good hotel but needs some fine tuning. Very poor choice of English speaking TV channels also.

Fantastic and Affordable

This is the first time that I have stayed in Karon but I can assure everyone that when I visit Karon again I would not stay any where else other than the Karon Sea Sands. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and the food is superb. The staff ever ready to help with your needs and always with the friendliest and happy smiles. If you choose another hotel you will be doing yourself a disservice.

Smiles every time and everywhere

Rooms are lovely and spacious. All your staff are nice, with friendly smiles every time and everywhere in the hotel.......I enjoyed the time staying at this hotel....Thank you so much for all your help.....And Karon Sea Sand Hotel must be my preference when I go to Phuket next time!!!!

Quieter than expected

The hotel was very clean, the staff were willing to help with any problems that might show up, the breakfast was very good with a good choice.If you like to dine outside the hotel, there are lots of eateries nearby. We found Karon a little short on entertainment and although my wife and We are the wrong side of 59 we prefer somewhere a bit livelier and traveled to nearby Kata or Patong most evenings.
The only real problem at the moment is the new building at the far end of the pool, which was noisy most of the day, apart from that we enjoyed ourselves even in the rain.

We comes to the Paradise

We loved it so much, and we comes back in 9 April. This time we are six persons, tree brothers and wifes. Hope too see all the nice people again. We have room 103 and 104 hope you can help us to the same rooms, also want room105 to the third brother.
