What review are we talking about? We didn't even get to stay there because of overbooking!! and that is despite booking 3 months in advance! Instead we were put at another hotel a further 20mins walk up hill and 30mins from the beach. There was no offer of service recovery, eg free transfer to airport, etc, not even a fruit basket. And that was on Valentine's Day! Can you imagine how was our holiday ruined because of the hotel's mistake?? Will not book at this hotel again. And will make sure I tell my friends about this experience.
