Very good value, comfortable

Very friendly staff, good location in Kata Beach - except that it's a little dodgy walking on the road outside because of the lack of a path on the blind corner.
The "pool" is quite small. The breakfast is OK, didn't try the evening food. Rooms are excellent and very clean. Would certainly go back.
