Must GO Again!!

Good to stay clean and people is very friendly ... helpful... Good Hotel.. But don't expect go to town is very near must walk to town about 20 min to there shopping... Haa But I will go back to stay there 1 more time......

Very nice

I like, nice hotel and staff, don't ask tips, very friendly, fast service for everything, clean rooms, good informations, same think my wife and brother, I am second year in
this hotel.

Good budget accommodation

The room was much larger than I expected. Comfortable bed, functional bathroom, air con that works well, nice friendly staff. Very enjoyable stay.

The hotel is at first end of the beach, and it's a fair walk to the main part of Patong, but this means the hotel is nice and quiet.

We will definitely stay there again

I stayed here for nearly a month 2005. I have been to Patong many times and always stayed in 5 star hotels but this time decided to stay somewhere cheap as I spend the majority of my time shopping or on the beach. I'm fussy and was impressed by size of room, cleanliness and location. Even the decor was pleasant. Just far enough from Bangla to be away from the noise but only a short walk in. Nice swimming pool and the staff were more than helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to friends.

If the specs suit you, ie location, price etc. then this is a safe bet

Staff were very helpful and sweet. Room was large and comfortable with a balcony overlooking the ocean although the balcony was not the best. Location is good right near the beach and also good if you want quiet away from busy Patong nightlife which is only a short moto ride away. My only gripe would be that many of the items on the menu were not available (probably due to low season) however the food that I did have that was available was good and well priced.

The hotel advertises that it has a bar- I would hardly call it a bar which was disappointing for me being an Aussie and we like to drink! Best thing was the large clean room and the helpful staff. Staff efficiency goes a long with me.

Friendly staff, beautiful room, great location!!!

My friends and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and we had a fabulous time. We didn't expect much because the room rate here is very low compared to other hotels on Patong Beach, but this hotel really surprised us!

Our room is very large and stylishly furnished. You get all the amenities of a 5 star hotel, air-con, satellite tv, hot shower, balcony with seaview, etc.

Although it is located around 15 min from Bangla ( where all the bars are ), we like it because it's clean, quiet and peaceful here. I don't mind the 15 min walk, because the scenery of the beach is just wonderful.

The staff were very helpful, they helped us with directions and recommended places to visit.

Overall, a great stay at budget price!!! I'm coming back!

I will hesitate before returning there!

I had reserved a luxury room with bathroom and bath-tub, hair drier, mini bar and I received a standard room at the same price with a shower without window, not of hair drier and mini bar ! The bed was hard ! Often broken down air-conditioning ! When I claimed with the hotel, the personnel sent to me to the agency and arranges had made me promises which it did not hold ! I can only thank the person who spent each day of the petals of pinks on our bed because this stay was a preview honeymoon! I will thus not return in this hotel !
