Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Staff were courteous and helpful except for local transport options. If you need to seek cheaper transport options you have to go outside the hotel unless you want to use the very expensive hotel fleet of minibuses (i.e. hotel-airport 600-900 Baht) versus Taxi-Meter (356 Baht) private taxi (500 Baht) Tuk Tuk (400 Baht). Hotel staff were very unhelpful in seeking alternative transport options. Breakfast was excellent but get there early. Swimming Pool well maintained and clean.
