Mom Tri's Boathouse Resort Phuket Reviews & Ratings

This has the best location in Phuket. There is a great Dive shop right across the street and money exchange very close. The food is excellent in the hotel, but there are also good restaurants close by. You can find cheaper places in Phuket, but you can't find any better for the money. If you wanted more privacy (honeymoon type) we would have stayed in the sister property on the hill, but for a family and activities the boathouse was great!

The staff make this place what it is. Service 1st Class and excellent atmosphere.

The only downside is that the bathrooms need updating but this will have to be done carefully to maintain the overall appeal of the hotel.

But this is only a minor distraction to this excellent Hotel. would recommend to anyone.

Our stay in the boathouse was much more then we expect. Beautiful rooms with seaview. Food was the top even the service from the staff. Private beach very quiet we have been spoiled with fresh ice water, fresh fruits and towels all day. For cheaper dining there are few restaurants on short walking distance over the beach. For shopping and food you cross the street. Kata is much better than Patong.

Mon Tri's Boathouse had lost our reservation and the hotel was full so we were upgraded to the Villas. What a wonderful place to stay. It is an oasis of calm in the otherwise busy and bustling town of Kata beach. The rooms were huge with all the amenities you expect and a truly luxurious bathroom. We had couches in the room to lounge on during the day in the air conditioning when it was too hot and a day bed and private tub outside. Little extras appeared constantly, such as afternoon tea cakes delivered to the room.

All the restaurants are in the open air with food generally of a high standard. Staff were friendly and helpful. Try a Thai massage in the spa to rejuvenate your body after the journey. For Phuket it is fairly expensive but when compared to resorts of similar quality in most other parts of the world Mon Tris is good value.
