Patong City Hotel Phuket Reviews & Ratings

What I dislike is all the rooms have no bathtub, this is inconveniene me while taking a bath. But the the all staff were very helpful & polite. I will be come back again next time if I have a holidays.

Concerning Patong City Hotel:

Be warned! Don't stay at this hotel!!! They will try and cheat you. They will allow you to book a room from the airport but will change the type of room by the time you arrive!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE YOUR MONEY BACK!!! Tell everyone about this hotel and how bad they are!!!! I have been to Thailand at least 30 times in the last 10 or so years and I have to say that I have personally had the worst experience with this hotel in all of Thailand.

You have many choices in your hotel selection during your stay in Thailand. Most hotels in Thailand have excellent customer service and bend over backward to make your stay enjoyable. Make sure you DON"T choose this one!!!!!

The bathroom doesn't have a bathtub and smelly. The room is small. Breakfast menu doesn't change in 5 days when we were there. The location is good and close to the beach and restaurants. The shuttle service is really good.

What I dislike about this hotel is the breakfast, cos there not many choice to choose, either bread or noodle.. but other than that everything is just fine.. Staffs are so friendly and always ready to help. The location of the hotel is really convenient to most of the attraction places in Phuket. The most 15 min walking distance.

I stayed at the Patong City Hotel 2 days. The lobby and breakfast was ok but the hotel room was smelly and tired..not a nice room at all.

Overall the hotel look a bit old but toward the location is quiet accessible as it is 10 min walking distance to Patong beach.

I will not return to this hotel
